Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions and LUCID AI subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable platform or billing provider.
Pricing may change in the future with appropriate notice.
Intellectual Property
All content available within LUCID, including:
- Activations
- Audio recordings
- Visual assets
- Branding
- Software
- LUCID AI experiences
is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of LUCID or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
LUCID is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCID shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
LUCID Energy
LUCID subscription plans may include a monthly allocation of LUCID Energy.
LUCID Energy grants access to AI-powered features including voice conversations, coaching, personalized content and future AI experiences.
LUCID Energy has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
Unless otherwise stated, unused monthly LUCID Energy expires at the end of each billing cycle.
Lifetime promotional Energy remains available until consumed.
Fair Use Policy
LUCID AI subscriptions are intended for normal personal use.
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, LUCID reserves the right to investigate excessive, automated, abusive or fraudulent usage.
Examples include:
- Automated conversations
- Unattended AI sessions
- Commercial AI usage
- Account sharing
- Attempts to circumvent usage limits
Where possible, users will be contacted before permanent restrictions are applied.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
